Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we offer limited refunds.

Refund Requests

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can request a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable: digital downloads, gift cards, and some health and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to your order history and find the order or item you wish to return.
  • Select “Request a Refund” or “Return Items” and fill out the necessary details.
  • Submit your request, and we will process your return as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our payment processor’s policies. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
